Dr. Gitta H. Lubke

Professor of Psychology

My main research interests are general latent variable modeling and data mining. In addition to the challenges of analysing complex human behavior such as psychiatric disorders, I am interested in the analysis of genetic data. A new topic is combining data sets to derive a harmonized phenotype score that can be used genome-wide association studies (GWAS). Related areas of expertise include mixture models, twin models, measurement invariance, and other standard topics of quantitative psychology.
